Dragon Ball Diama Episode 2

Dragon Ball Daima Episode 2 dives deeper into the mystery of Goku and friends’ transformation. As they prepare for a journey to the Demon Realm, a new ally, Glorio, seeks their help.

In “Dragon Ball Daima” Episode 2, titled “Glorio,” the characters are bewildered by their sudden transformation into children. An angry Gomah, frustrated that Shenron granted only one wish, kidnaps the infant Dende. Goku, Piccolo, Kaioshin, and Kibito visit Kami’s Temple, where Popo explains the situation. Kibito presents an old spaceship capable of traversing the barrier into the Demon Realm, which Bulma begins repairing. Goku retrieves his Nyoibo from Kamesennin. A ship similar to Gomah’s arrives at Kami’s Temple, piloted by Glorio, who requests Goku’s help to defeat Gomah. Goku and Kaioshin depart with Glorio to the Demon Realm.

The reviewer highlights the characters’ struggle to adapt to their younger bodies, affecting their abilities. Muten Roshi, however, enjoys his renewed youth. The return of the Nyoibo is noted, as Goku retrieves it for the upcoming journey. Questions arise about the Dragon Balls’ rules, particularly why the group doesn’t seek Namek’s Dragon Balls to reverse their transformation. Bulma’s genius is evident as she quickly understands Glorio’s ship, aiding in repairing Kaioshin’s vessel. While Glorio’s motives remain unclear, his request for assistance suggests personal reasons for wanting Gomah defeated. The reviewer appreciates the opening and ending sequences, especially the ending’s homage to Akira Toriyama.
